  1. Mark the entry pointDecide exactly where the hole must start on your side.
  2. Fix the transmitter on that pointAttach it flat against the surface, centred on your mark.
  3. Take the receiver to the other sideWalk around — or upstairs/downstairs for slabs.
  4. Follow the arrowsThe receiver's arrows guide you until it sits exactly opposite the transmitter.
  5. Mark the exit pointCentre-punch the spot; note the thickness estimate for bit selection.
  6. Drill from either sideDrill with confidence — entry and exit are now guaranteed to line up.
